The Decision Process
You do not need to decide now. First, we’ll show you the customized search process and discuss with you the options before you must commit.
(1) We overlay your neighborhood on our Geo-tracker map like below and populate with household data. The below red circle is a 1 1/2 mile radius circling about 3,500 households. Along with the details of your pet behavior and mobility, natural boundaries, neighborhood characteristics, we’ll recommend a search area to find your pet.

(2) We’ll email you the recommend options for the search. Then we will call you and interview you for additional ideas, and finalize the search area and size, and number households to call.
(3) From this interview, and the completed Lost Pet Form, we’ll prepare a customer script for the call which describes your pet, and draw in your neighbors for help and support. We may refer them to our Facebook page with your pet’s picture in addition to the posters in the neighborhood you may have put up. Awareness in your neighborhood can now not be any higher!!
(4) The broadcast goes out within 30 minutes to 2 hours but inside the daily approved calling window. The called parties are told to call you if they have any news. Many will call to support you and offer to help, or even to hang posters for you. Others will call to report sighting, which may be your pet, or one very similar. Expect at least 1% of the called parties to call you with various questions or observations if not actually have sighted your pet, or asking for additional information.
(5) When the calls are completed, we’ll wait for those calls on answering machines to respond. Then, based upon the calls you receive, we talk and plan additional strategies starting the next day. We’re in this with your for the distance. We have affiliates and contacts within the pet community.
