Mission Statement

The Mission of Voice I/S is to establish our unique voice broadcast and message service — Notification Server™ — as the voice message broadcast alternative of choice, to establish it as a new media form, and then to meet the needs of growing demand for such services with a vastly superior, easy-to-use, reliable and effective system.

History

Voice I/S, a Texas corporation, was founded in 1993 to provide consulting services relating to the integration of sophisticated database technology, voice processing platforms and Internet enabled voice telephony applications.

While performing these services for a wide range of clients, the Company became aware of the need for Internet enabled voice-messaging capabilities that were unavailable in the market. Voice I/S began development of Notification Server™ to meet this need in October of 1997.

With the launch of Notification Server™, Voice I/S has shifted its focus to providing voice broadcast and messaging services and the many applications to be serviced by this technology.

The primary vision of the company founder, Bryan Knox, has been to develop state of the art Internet-based messaging solutions that complements and offer improvements over traditional methods such as voice mail, broadcast fax, and e-mail.

Voice I/S has an ongoing relationship with IBM as a Premier BESTeam Partner, which is IBM’s primary channel for development and deployment of technology by third party organizations. Voice I/S has received marketing assistance for Notification Server™ from IBM’s Application Excellence Program. Plans have been discussed to include Notification Server™ in the Independent Software Vendors program as well as use proven case studies and application briefs in IBM’s World.
