implement Notification Server from any Internet browser. Your list, in
a variety of formats, is easily uploaded into the system by browsing
the folders in your Windows Explorer. Next, from any
phone, call Notification Server and record your personal message.
Schedule and release your message to the list(s) you have stored.
That's it! In minutes your message is going out to hundreds, even
thousands. Your success report will be delivered right to your email
box. See how many calls were completed; how many were answered live,

Do I need
additional equipment or software to use Notification Server?
All you need
is a PC with Internet access, MS Excel or a browser, a phone, and an
email account.
Is this
like a Dialer product?
No. No
additional hardware is attached to your PC or phone circuits.
Notification Server is available to users anywhere in the world with
Internet access and a phone to record your message.
How would I
get the names and numbers into Notification Server?
Your lists
import directly from most databases, Access, Excel, Outlook or into
our template.
What if all
our departments need to make calls at the same time?
Not a problem.
We can handle hundreds of clients at one time.
What about
the National Do Not Call List?
Non-profit
organizations are exempt at this time. Business "opt in" relationships
are exempt as well. We do have special features to
remove those who might have been called in error, or to remove anyone
permanently that would like to be removed. If in doubt, check with
www.donotcall.org for up to the
minute details on restrictions.
I'm afraid
my members will be irritated with a telemarketing call, is that the
case?
No. This is
not a telemarketing call. You are calling your personal list with your
personal message recorded by you. Your members know you and welcome
your calls. When Notification Server delivers a message, it is
designed to eliminate "dead air" that is sometimes experienced with
those undesirable telemarketing calls. Besides, they will recognize
your organization name or your name when you announce the call.
What does
Notification Server cost?
Usually the
calls are incrementally debited from your account as you use them, at
the rate you want to use them. Other plans have monthly or annual fees
related to specialized hosting of your needs on our servers. Please contact us for a
plan specific to your needs.
How do I
pay for it?
Usually
prepared or direct account draft. Usage related invoices are always
provided. We take Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and cash or checks with prior
arrangement.
Are there
additional charges for long distance?
No. Just use
any 10-digit phone number - anywhere in the USA.
How will I
know the calls have been made?
This is a very
important part of Notification Server. You will receive a report via
email after the completion of the calls. It details how many calls
were completed and if those calls were received live, left on voice
mail, or not completed and the reason why. If a busy signal or no
answer is received Notification Server will retry the number for a
period of time.
Can I get
any response or action from the called party?
Yes. A
recorded voice response can be captured as well as a digit response
that you can dictate to answer your questions. For example,
"press one if you will attend this event, press two if not, or press
three to be transferred to our attendant desk". Some plans can
capture a recorded voices which can be transcribed to complete an
information gathering activity.
What's the
limit to the number of calls that can be made:
We can make
tens to thousands of calls in minutes. Our capacity is always growing
to meet our contractual commitments with existing and new clients.
Do I need
to resend my list each time I need to use Notification Server?
No. Lists
processed onto our servers are stored with secure access only by you,
and are deleted or changed by you through one of several forms of list
management and editing.
